Emergency

For your safety in the event of fire:

The Lancaster Hotel has done everything to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible. The hotel is provided with the prescribed fire detection and extinguishing equipment. We advise you, however, to take the time to read the safety instructions immediately on arrival in your room.

The location of emergency exits, fire alarms and extinguishers are indicated on the floor plan by the entrance door to your floor.

Immediately on arrival:
• Leave your room and count the number of doors that you pass between your room and the emergency exit.
• If you require additional assistance in the event of evacuation, please notify reception IMMEDIATELY on arrival in the hotel.
• Our Duty Manager can answer any questions you may have.
• Always know where your room key is, and take this key with you if you have to leave your room in the event of emergency. If you need to return to your room, you will need the key to be able to open the door.
